This is a beautiful pochibukuro or small envelope designed by a Japanese illustrator Rei Kurahashi.  "Pochibukuro" is originally used to put gift money, but it is also great for storage of small things such as postage stamps, paper clips, flake stickers.  Rei Kurahashi is known for her beautiful retro cozy feeling illustrations of children and animals.  She draws for story books, magazines and books, so we are very excited to see her illustrations on stationery!  You can find her work HERE.
