Shipping Fee

For shipping, there are Group A (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico & some Asian countries), Group B (Middle East, Central and South America & Africa), Group C (some Asian countries & European countries), and Group D (Europe not in Group C).

Q: How much is the shipping?
[Group A (by Fedex or DHL / delivery time 3 days in average)]
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico & Asian countries not in Group C:
- Order below US$50: US$15 flat rate.
- Order over US$50: US$8 flat rate
- Order over US$85: Free shipping

[Group B (by Fedex or DHL / delivery time 1 week or more)]
Middle East, Central and South America and Africa: US$35 flat rate.

[Group C (by Japan Post / delivery time 1 - 2 weeks)]
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, The Netherlands, Italy:

- Japan Post (delivery time 1 to 2 weeks): US$8 flat rate
- Order over US$85: Free shipping

[Group D (by DHL / delivery time 3 - 5 days)]
European countries (please note that you may charged with VAT tax when receiving package):

- Order below US$50: US$15 flat rate.
- Order over US$50: US$8 flat rate
- Order over US$85: Free shipping

Q: Does DHL / Fedex provide tracking number?
After the package leaves our shop, you can track your package at every check-in process until the package arrives.

Q: How long do you take to dispatch my order?
All orders are shipped from Tokyo Japan within 1-3 business days of receiving payment except weekends and Japanese public holidays as they do not offer pick up service for the weekends and public holidays.  During busy holiday season, please allow us to take 3 to 5 business days for dispatch.

Q: How long does shipping take?
- Asia: 2 - 3 days (Fedex) / 1 - 2 weeks (Japan Post)
- USA and Canada: 2 - 3 days (Fedex)
- Europe: 3 - 5 days (DHL/Fedex)
- Australia and New Zealand: 3 - 5 days (DHL)
- Middle East: 3 - 5 days (DHL)
- South America: 7 days+ (Fedex)
- Africa: 7 days+ (Fedex)

Q: Why do you offer different shipping methods for different countries?
We offer the best shipping methods for each countries to offer the best delivery experience.  For example, the Japan Post and Fedex for US are almost the same, but Japan Post takes 5 times longer to deliver than Fedex.  Therefore, we offer Fedex for US which delivers only in 2 - 3 days.  We tested multiple shipping methods for different countries and chose the best shipping methods for the best delivery experience.  We re-evaluate shipping methods every few months and if there is any other better option, we change the methods.

Q: Can you hold order?
Yes.  Upon request, we will hold order up to 4 weeks.  Please contact us within 12 hours from your first order.  If you are placing 2nd order, we will cancel the shipping charge for the 2nd order.
