Who is Aiko Fukawa?
Aiko Fukawa is a Japanese illustrator and picture book author. She creates delicate watercolor illustrations of animals and the flowers and plants that surround them. Her work spans advertising, book covers, magazines, and stationery, and has gained international recognition through collaborations with MoMA New York. She is also the author of a beloved seasonal picture book series following animal characters who sew their own clothes.
