This is a beautiful washi tape designed by a Japanese washi tape collage artist Miki Tamura. The washi tape is partly hot-stamped in gold which shine in reflection of light. She uses torn washi tapes to create her art, for example she put several torn tiny washi tapes to show light and shade.
