US Shipping Policy
Every U.S. order is wrapped with care and shipped from our shop in Japan within 3 business days of purchase, then routed through our trusted partner in Houston, TX, before being delivered to your door via USPS or UPS - without any tariffs, customs fees, or additional shipping charges on your end. Please note that shipping from Japan to Houston takes approximately 3 days, which will be added to your domestic delivery time, but it ensures your package arrives smoothly and without any unexpected charges at delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under US$50: US$15 flat rate
- Orders of US$50–$84.99: US$8 flat rate
- Orders of US$85 and over: Free shipping
Tracking
Once your package leaves our shop, you will receive a USPS or UPS tracking number. After the package is dropped off in Houston, you can track it at every checkpoint until it arrives at your door.
Hold Order
We are happy to hold your order for up to 4 weeks. If you would like to place a second order and have them shipped together, please contact us within 12 hours of your first order — we will waive the shipping charge on the second order.
