Q: How much is the shipping?
[USA (No Surprise Tariff/Fee at Delivery) / delivery time 7 - 10 days]
- Order below US$50: US$15 flat rate.
- Order over US$50: US$8 flat rate
- Order over US$85: Free shipping

[Group 1 / Asia]
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore:
- Japan Post (delivery time 1 to 2 weeks): US$8 flat rate
- Order over US$85: Free shipping

[Group 2 / Europe]
European countries (please note that you may charged with VAT tax when receiving package):
- Japan Post (delivery time 2 to 3 weeks): US$12 flat rate.
- Order over US$85: Free shipping

[Group 3 / Express Shipping]
Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Indonesica, The　Philippines 
- Japan Post (delivery time 3 to 7 days): US$15 flat rate.
- Order over US$85: Free shipping

Q: Does DHL / Fedex provide tracking number?
After the package leaves our shop, you can track your package at every check-in process until the package arrives.

Q: How long do you take to dispatch my order?
All orders are shipped from Tokyo Japan within 1-3 business days of receiving payment except weekends and Japanese public holidays as they do not offer pick up service for the weekends and public holidays.  During busy holiday season, please allow us to take 3 to 5 business days for dispatch.

Q: Can you hold order?
Yes.  Upon request, we will hold order up to 4 weeks.  Please contact us within 12 hours from your first order.  If you are placing 2nd order, we will cancel the shipping charge for the 2nd order.
