This is a beautiful zip organizer in A5 size beautifully handmade by The Superior Labor, a Japanese company with a team of skilled craftsmen based in Okayama Japan who produces high quality leather and canvas products.  This leather called "KUROZAN" leather is known as "black diamond of leather" which has beautiful surface feeling.  The leather is finished with traditional white tanning and lacquer coating which catch the light.  It is certified as eco-leather for its natural environment-friendly manufacturing method.  Natural indigo is hand-dyed and lacquer is layered to create deep luster and shade.

Inside on the right size, there is a credit card size pockets and zipper coin pocket, and on the left side, there is a pockets that flat in different sizes.  This organizer can hold A5 size notebooks including Hobonichi Cousin and MD Notebooks.  Instead of inserting both front and back covers of the notebook, we recommend inserting only one side of the cover and push so that the zipper does not hit the corner of the notebook when closing the zipper.

Please note that the leather they use is natural leather.  They do not use scratches that can lead to tears or rips, however, they do use scratches and wrinkles that are originally on the leather as a characteristic of the material.  Each leather is different, and as each items is handmade, the size of each product slightly differ.  The brass used for this product is made of solid brass, so it will become dull over the time which we wish you to enjoy the aging.  Please be careful of stains and color transfer due to water damage.
