This is a cute Sailor Moon HI-TEC-C COLETO pen body which holds 4 ink refills.  Coleto from Pilot offers you to choose your favorite body and mix and choose your favorite colors to create your own multi-pen combination!  You can put in and out a refill ink by opening the cap of the top of the pen body.

Please note that this is a barrel, and you need ink refills.  All normal Coleto ink refills are interchangeable, but Sailor Moon edition Coleto refills also available in our shop.  Sailor Moon refills are also interchangeable to other Coleto bodies.
