This is a "gamaguchi" canvas pouch with adorable illustration by Japanese illustrator and textile artist Subikiawa known for her colorful pop illustrations.  Gamaguchi literally means frog mouth and is a very popular style for a pouch in Japan.  It opens widely, so it is easy to see what's inside.  The pouch is made with 帆布 or strong canvas.  This will be a great gift, too.  The 4th pictures shows the same pouch in the different design.
