This is a "gamaguchi" canvas pouch with adorable illustration by Japanese illustrator Yuka Hiiragi.  Gamaguchi literally means frog mouth and is a very popular style for a pouch in Japan.  It opens widely, so it is easy to see what's inside.  The pouch is made with 帆布 or strong canvas, and it is great to put make-ups (I put brooches in my pouch).  This will be a great gift, too.
